This means to me that when you half to make a decision the right decision pops up in your head and you really do not half to think twice about it and you just do it. When you want to make a wrong decision you half to talk yourself into actually putting that decision into action.

I think this means that you can ask God for his help with the work you doing but don't ask him to do it for you and expecting Him to do it for you with none of your own help.

This means to mean that its not bad if you have a goal and you do not reach it, what is bad is wen you do not have a goal for yourself  at all. You need to set a goal for yourself wether you reach it or not.
